I would love an optional function (per account) to delete the folder if it is empty after the last email has been deleted (after x days).

The main use case is that I basically use a Sieve function, which creates subdirectories based on the mail. (e.g., a mail towards localpart@domain would go to Inbox/domain/localpart). This intentionally creates some folders, and it would be nice if they would be removed if empty.

In my installation (~17,000 emails and ~100,000 attachments), the database size is about 22 GB. This would be a pain in the rear to hand-validate which were failures. Bug Description

During import some mails failing to import with error: Failed to parse message headers. Most mails are a few years old. I have added one error from the log file. And here the header from the failed mail. Copied from macOS Apple Mail Text View.

Bug Description

Many of my folders in outlook under "travel" never get archived

I think its easiest to show with pictures

On outlook itself heres the structure

On MailArchiver I am not able to get a screenshot of all the synced folders, but the folders after 2022 never get synced, nor does the mail in those folders.

Bug Description

Hello thanking for your amazing software. I encountered a problem while logging in with entra ID when the username is long. ( exceding 50 char ). For example an entra id account name with example.mailarchiver@xxxxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com fails to autocreate user in database. Although this user has 46 chars since you always append to the username something like _-8q5GRzz ( more 9 chars ) it execeeds the database field size. Could you please take a look.

Bug Description

Summary

M365/Graph server retention can find old messages but then skip them as (not archived) even though the matching message exists in ArchivedEmails.

The issue appears to be a Message-ID format mismatch:

• Graph archiving stores InternetMessageId with surrounding angle brackets, e.g. <example-message-id@example.com>.
• Retention normalizes the live Message-ID to example-message-id@example.com.
• Retention then performs an exact DB comparison against `Arc

In the Dashboard's recent emails list, an email can be opened by clicking anywhere on its row. In the Archive view, however, the user has to click the relatively small "Details" button. This feels inconsistent and is less convenient, especially on touch devices.

Make the entire email row in the Archive view clickable and open the email details, just like in the Dashboard's recent emails list. The existing "

Bug description

The German password hint shown when editing a user contains a typo.

The string is also present in the current main branch in Resources/SharedResource.de.resx under the key LeaveBlankToKeepPassword.
